Effective October 7, 2026. This policy covers Canonry Personal, the Google OAuth integration operated by Bo Osinupebi for his personal, local Canonry installation.
Data accessed and purpose
The integration accesses authorized Search Console properties, property permissions, search queries, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, search positions, sitemaps, and URL inspection results. It uses this information to monitor search performance and indexing, diagnose website issues, and submit sitemaps. It also requests the Google Indexing API permission for eligible job-posting or livestream URL notifications.
Storage and retention
Google OAuth credentials, access and refresh tokens, and retrieved website monitoring data are stored by the Canonry installation on the operator’s computer. Data remains there until the operator deletes it. Removing Google access stops future access but does not automatically remove previously stored records or local backups.
Sharing and use
Google API requests send the information needed to Google, including property identifiers, sitemap URLs, and inspected or submitted URLs. Retrieved Google data is used for the operator’s website monitoring. It is not sold, used for advertising, or provided to train general-purpose AI models. It is not published on this website. If the operator later enables an external analysis integration that receives Google data, this policy will be updated to describe that use before sharing begins.
Revoking access and deleting data
The operator can revoke the integration through Google Account connections and disconnect the project in Canonry. Stored records and backups must be deleted separately from the local installation. For questions or a deletion request, contact bo@osinupebi.com.
Google API use
Canonry Personal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
This public information page
This website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Analytics to measure page visits. Those services may process website request and visit information; the Google OAuth tokens and Search Console records held by the local Canonry installation are not sent to this public website.
